Ministry of Ayush releases standard treatment guidelines for skin disorders

The Ministry of Ayush announced on 13 October 2026 the release of Standard Treatment Guidelines (STGs) for managing dermatological disorders. These guidelines provide a standardised approach to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of skin conditions like psoriasis, vitiligo, and dermatitis across Ayurveda, Siddha, Unani, Homoeopathy, and Yoga.
