CCI approves Integrace Private Ltd's acquisition of Universal Nutriscience

The Competition Commission of India announced on 22 October 2026 that it has approved the acquisition of share capital in Universal Nutriscience Private Limited by Integrace Private Limited. Integrace, a company focused on orthopaedics and gynaecology formulations, will acquire the shares from existing shareholders.

CCI approves GRT Jewellers' acquisition of majority stake in TBZ

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) announced on 14 October 2026 that it has approved the acquisition of a majority stake in Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Limited (TBZ) by GRT Jewellers (India) Private Limited. Both companies are involved in the manufacture and sale of gems and jewellery in India.
