NLMC sells 150 RINL land plots for ₹366.33 crore in first e-auction phase
The Ministry of Finance announced on 13 October 2026 that the National Land Monetization Corporation (NLMC) sold 150 land plots belonging to Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (RINL) in Visakhapatnam. The first phase of the e-auction generated ₹366.33 crore, with the highest price exceeding ₹1.80 lakh per square yard.
