Vice-President launches new digital Ayurveda tools and opens child health conference

The Vice-President of India announced on 15 October 2026 the launch of several digital initiatives by the All India Institute of Ayurveda (AIIA). These include the AYUSH Start-up Portal, the AIIA–iCAINE website, the Ayurveda Digital Innovation and Venture Acceleration Facility (AyuDIVA), and the Vamana and Panchakarma Assessment apps.

Vice-President releases memoir on cancer survival and dance

The Vice-President of India released the memoir 'Dancing with Joy' by Dr. Ananda Shankar Jayant on 14 October 2026. During the event, the Vice-President highlighted government efforts to expand cancer care, including the establishment of over 700 District Clinics and 500 Day Care Cancer Centres.
