The Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pensions announced on 19 October 2026 the inauguration of a workplace creche and a blood donation camp at Kartavya Bhawan-3 in Delhi. The creche, established under Special Swachhata Campaign 6.0, occupies over 2,000 square feet and can accommodate 30–35 children to support working parents among Central Government employees. The facility is managed by Grih Kalyan Kendra (GKK). Additionally, the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT) replaced 18 diesel and petrol vehicles with electric vehicles.
