The Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI) announced on 28 October 2026 that it is conducting a three-day regional training workshop in Thiruvananthapuram, Keralam. The workshop aims to guide 60 officials from 16 States and Union Territories on revising the base year for the State-level Index of Industrial Production (IIP) from 2011–12 to 2022–23.
