NHAI launches toll plaza feedback feature on Rajmargyatra app

The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) announced on 19 October 2026 the launch of a 'Toll Plaza Feedback' feature on the Rajmargyatra mobile app. This tool allows National Highway users to rate their experiences and report issues at toll plazas to help NHAI improve service delivery.
